How do we feel about ourselves?

How do you feel reading this message. Are we accepting of ourselves just how we are or do we feel differently about ourselves than our friends, family our children feel about us? 

Most of us have an internal voice that can be positive and negative. We talk to ourselves more than we realise to make sense of the world around us.  Our internal voice can be incredibly useful and help us problem solve and make sense out of complex tasks. It can also be a hindrance and send us into a spiral of overthinking when we become bombarded by negative thoughts. These thoughts can override our positive feelings when we don’t check into how we are thinking and why. 

Check in with yourself. Find your beauty and celebrate it. We are all beautiful in our own authentic way.
